Any person aggrieved by any order of adjudication passed under sections 50 and 51 of the Act for committing any breach or any offence under the Foreign Exchange Regulation Act 1973 can file an appeal , both on fact and law , within 45 days of the orders before the Foreign Exchange Regulation Appellate Board which has its principal seat at New Delhi .
कोऋ वऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-यि> जो विदेशी मुद्रा विनियमन अधिनियम , 1973 के अधीन भंग या अपराध के लिए उकऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-त अधिनियम की धारा 50 और 51 के अधीन पारित किसी अधिनियम के आदेश से वऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-यथित है , उकऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-त आदेशों के 45 दिन के भीतर , तथऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-य और विधि दोनों के प्रशऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-नों पर , विदेशी मुद्रा विनियमन अपील बोर्ड के समक्ष अपील कर सकता है इजसका मुख्य केंद्र नइ- दिल्ली में है .
